DXF with Annotated Pipe IDs
In addition to a detailed CSV quantity table, MEP QTO generates a downloadable DXF file with pipe IDs and measured lengths annotated directly on the drawing.
Each annotation corresponds exactly to the rows in the CSV, allowing engineers and estimators to visually verify quantities, trace takeoff logic, and review results without ambiguity.
PDF vs DXF Cross-Check
When a PDF drawing is uploaded alongside the DXF, MEP QTO automatically performs a cross-check between the two sources.
This allows rapid identification of discrepancies such as missing segments, alignment differences, or drawing revisions, helping teams detect inconsistencies early and reduce estimation risk.
